Information you choose to share

The Ready-2-Insure website does not store the information entered in its inquiry form. When you choose “Draft my message,” the site opens your email application with the information you entered. You decide whether to send that email.

Calls and email

Information you send by email or share by phone is handled through your communications provider and Ready-2-Insure’s business systems. Avoid sending highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, or payment information through an unsecured email.

Website operations

The hosting platform and internet service providers may process standard technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and error logs. This website does not embed the external calculator or receive information entered into it through the website inquiry form. The site links to external services; those services have their own privacy practices.

Optional analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps R2I understand page visits, general referral sources, and interactions such as phone, email, and calculator clicks. These clicks do not establish that you contacted R2I.

We exclude inquiry fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message contents from analytics events. Query strings and fragments are excluded from the page addresses we send. Google may process technical information, including browser and device information. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled.

Your preference is saved in this browser. You can decline optional analytics and still use the site, or change your choice through “Cookie settings” when analytics is enabled. Read Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

R2I Decision Center and external calculator

The R2I Decision Center links to the Funding Feasibility Calculator at feasibility.ready2insure.com. The calculator is a separately hosted Ready-2-Insure application delivered through Vercel. When you open it, Vercel and internet service providers may process standard technical data needed to deliver and secure that application.

The calculator is a separate application with its own inputs, submission options, and on-page disclosures. Review those disclosures before entering information. Do not enter protected health information, claim-level detail, Social Security numbers, payment information, or other sensitive personal identifiers.

Insurance information

Website content is general information. It is not an insurance binder, policy, coverage opinion, legal advice, or a guarantee that coverage is available. Actual availability and terms depend on carrier underwriting, policy language, eligibility, state, and other facts.
